Terms & Conditions

1. About us

This website is operated by [Legal entity name] L.L.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under trade licence [Trade licence no.], with its registered address at [Registered address], Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Auralin”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at care@auralin.ae.

2. Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and prices

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and handmade details mean no two pieces are exactly alike. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT at the applicable rate. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud — in which case we will refund any amount paid in full.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. For cash on delivery, payment is due to the courier on delivery. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items in line with our Returns & Exchanges policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

8. Promotions and gift cards

Promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including designs, photographs, text and the Auralin name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by misuse of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
