Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery for addresses in the UAE. Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay — needed for orders outside the UAE — and pay-in-instalments options are coming soon.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can change or cancel it free of charge.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders and save addresses for next time.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
1–3 working days in the UAE, 2–5 working days to the other GCC countries and 5–10 working days to the rest of the world. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
How much is delivery?
In the UAE, AED 25 — free on orders over AED 550. For other countries, see the rates on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we deliver worldwide with tracked express shipping. Delivery times and costs for your country are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient on arrival.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Read the full Returns & Exchanges policy.
Can I return earrings?
Pierced earrings can be returned if the protective seal is unbroken, or if they are faulty.
Products & gifting
What are your pieces made of?
Materials are listed on every product page under “Materials & Care”. Ask us if you have a specific allergy or sensitivity.
Is my order gift-wrapped?
Every order arrives in our signature box. Message us after ordering with your words and we will include a handwritten card.
