When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm (UAE time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day. During sale periods and around Eid, please allow one extra day.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves us you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check its status at any time on Track Your Order or in your account.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for addresses in the UAE. Orders delivered outside the UAE are paid online when you order.
Prices, VAT and duties
All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% UAE VAT. Outside the UAE, the price you see is the price you pay us. Import duties and taxes of the destination country, if any, are not included: the courier or customs collects them from the recipient on arrival.
Delivery issues
If the courier cannot reach you, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. If a parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
